[Geoserver-users] WFS-T in Oracle Spatial

your problem is that the SRIDs have to be the same in the tables of
your Oracle Database and in the user_sdo_geom_metadata.

They are the same already!!!

I am sure of that. This is my error:

org.geotools.data.

It seems that geoserver cannot translate correctly
<gml:MultiLineString srsName="epsg:23030">
to Oracle SRID 82337, its counterpart in my database

I will try to create a new layer without SRID in Oracle to test if it works.

I have the same problem with oracle SIDs. When you insert new layers from
geoserver form, you must set the EPSG to 23030. I add to the file
espg.properties (inside of epsg.jar) new espg with ID=82337 (copy of
EPSG:23030) in the lib directory of the server. In my case it works fine....

Regards...

Dear all,

Just another idea: Oracle supports as of version 10gR2 also the EPSG codes directly. I.e. you can use 4326 instead of 8307.

Best regards,

Uli.
