I would have assumed that a request to a wms-t service would provide
default to all data if no date (T=xxxxxxxxx) is provided. Seems like it’s
not.
No, the spec assumes there is a default value if you don't specify any,
which is either "current" (now) or the greatest time you have (in case of
forecasts the two can differ)
Is it possible to set a default time or reduced accuracy default time like
this one: 2014-01/2014-12
I don't think we support such a loose spec, but try adding the day also:
2014-01-01/2014-12-31
