I want to generate a kml output with the following request :
http://localhost/geoserver/wms?service=WMS&request=GetMap&format=application/vnd.google-earth.kml+XML&width=1024&height=1024&srs=EPSG:4326&layers=kvla:bplaene&styles=polygon&&bbox=12.07,54.07,12.15,54.18
the data is in SRS 2398 (Pulkovo 1942(83) / Gauss-Kruger zone 4), the output should be in 4326 for GE . . . but the coordinates in the kml are in the projection 2398, not lat/lon ? It seams, that all features from the BBOX picked up correctly, but the Geoserver doesn't transform the coordinates for the output.
I upgraded from version 1.5.0 to 1.5.1 with the same data_dir but in 1.5.0 all worked fine .

I have verified this, thanks for a bug report, this is a critical issue.
I have scheduled this is a blocker for the next release.
