I wonder does this question should be posted here or Openlayers forum? If
someone know the answer, please tell me, thank you.
I use Openlayers + geoserver to make my map. I want zoom in/out transitional
effect like google map.
When zoom in/out, original tiles become blurred and just when new tiles
download finished, new tiles to replace older ones.
How do I make this effect?

OpenLayers is the place to ask, and I’m pretty sure it’s possible. See http://openstreetmap.org, they use openlayers and have the blurring tiles effect.
