in QGIS 3.4.10 e` possibile riesumare il download di un layer WFS, nel caso
di un file molto grande?

Di solito è il server wfs che tronca dopo che l.utentr ha scarocato un
certo numero N di features.
Dove N viene impostato come.settaggio sul server wfs.

Andrea,
grazie per la risposta. Mi chiedevo se ci fosse un modo di mandare un'altra
richiesta per scaricare le features mancanti, cioe` invece di riprendere il
download da 0, riprenderlo sullo stesso layer per le sole features mancanti.

You might also check the exact WFS GetFeature request being sent by QGIS, by using the plugin "QGIS Network Logger", to see the exact response in your web browser (to eliminate the possibility that QGIS is the problem).

Nice to hear from you. Thanks for your advice. Actually, I believe that the
request is correct but there is a limitation on the server for the download
of the features.
The service I'm trying to exploit is from the cadaster of the Netherlands:
https://geodata.nationaalgeoregister.nl/bag/wfs
There is apparently a limit of ~ 15k features in the download. I was
wondering whether there is a way of resuming a download sending a request
for the missing features only, so that they could append to the same layer.

La specifica wfs 2.0mi risulta che abbia introdotto la possibilita'di
aggiungere alla invocazione getfeature , limit e offset con cui si potrebbe
gestire una speci di limite massimo allo scarico e riprenderlo con na
successiva invocazione.
Non so' pero' se il limite lato server agisce a monte di questo settaggio.
E comunque e' una specifica del wfs 2.0, mentre il client wfs di qgis
credoche sia un client 1.0.
