INSPIRE - Definizione delle “specifiche dati”
Il 30 settembre scade il termine per “partecipare” alla stesura delle specifiche (come SDIC o LMO) relative ai Temi dell’Annex I della Direttiva.
Ci sono 2 modalità:
-
proporre “specifiche dati” esistenti (scenario 1)
-
partecipare al processo di sviluppo delle specifiche (scenario 2 - candidatura di “esperti”)
I temi dell’Annex I sono:
- Sistemi di coordinate
- Sistemi di griglie geografiche
- Nomi geografici
- Unità amministrative
- Indirizzi
- Particelle catastali
- Reti di trasporto
- Idrografia
- Siti protetti
Le specifiche verranno definite all’interno di Thematic Working Groups (TWGs):
The TWG consist of one facilitator, one editor and a number of domain experts. The domain experts will be proposed by the SDICs and LMOs and selected by the CT when scenario 2 applies.
Gli “esperti” (di specifiche dati") candidati dalle SDIC o LMO dovranno avere queste caratteristiche:
Based on their expertise in SDI architectures, information modelling, standardisation, specification implementation and thematic requirements the TWG members integrate and streamline data specification initiatives according to the identified environmental user requirements. The experts act as domain experts, facilitators or editors.
La Call for Expression of Interest for Development of Data Specifications è stata pubblicata lo scorso 11 luglio.
La Call fa riferimento ad un Term of Rerefence che contiene varie precisazioni su “cosa”, “chi” e “come”.
