GIS and Ground-Water Models

I'm interested in a broad overview of ground-water models which have been
integrated with GIS. Has anybody done an overview of various
ground-water models and their GIS components? I'm interested in GRASS
and any other GIS packages that have been used. If this hasn't been done
in any detail, a list of models and their GIS components would provide me
with a starting point.
