[GRASS-dev] 3D raster spelling homogenization needed

Hi,

while writing some document about 3D raster I realized that we need to do a
3D raster spelling homogenization for the messages.

In raster3d/* there are in the messages:

raster3d
3d raster
g3d
g3d mask
G3D
G3d raster
G3D_MASK
Grid3
grid3
3d

We need to reduce that ideally to one single term. But which? I would
suggest "3D raster".

Additionally some needed changes for
2d -> 2D
