When correcting link to i.eb.hsebal01 [1], I just noticed that there is Grass7/NewFeatures (title: List of new features in GRASS GIS 7.0) and Release/7.0.0-News (title: GRASS GIS 7.0.0). Is one page for 7.x series and the other specifically for 7.0.0? If Grass7/NewFeatures is for 7.x then .0 should be dropped from the title. If they are both for 7.0.x, we should merge them.

I would leave both as static and not merge them.
They are not identical and targets a a bit different (I agree that
there is overlap).
Note that both URLs have been actively promoted in the past 48h+ so
that we need to keep them. Not a real issue
Future:
New release, new page. Since we want to turn back to the "release
[more] often" paradigm the upcoming pages will be way shorter.
