Subject: wrong menu entries for r.flow, r.lake and r.terraflow

Platform: GNU/Linux/x86
grass obtained from: Trento Italy site
grass binary for platform: Compiled from Sources
GRASS Version: 6.1.0RC1

modules r.lake, r.flow and r.terraflow cannot be started from gis.m (they
are just executed like from CLI)

In r.lake and r.flow case it's just enough to change 'spawn' to 'execute' in
gui/tcltk/menus/menu.tcl

r.terraflow needs some other fix.

I have fixed those + r.grow.
