[GRASS-dev] commits to tags, r45707

Hi,

in svn tagged releases, as "snapshots in time", would ideally be
set to be read only/svn admin only, but as it is they are regular
files and rely on discipline not to be modified.

unfortunately r45707 was committed to the wrong place and now
must be carefully reverted.

I am really sorry for that, it was my fault. I made my changes within
the wrong source directory and committed it.

not sure of the best approach to wind that back.
