I have updated technical aspects of planned migration from CVS to SVN on wiki.

Thanks for the hard work.
The essential question is:
- put all into a single SVN repository (with grass5/, grass6/ etc. subdirs)
- make separate SVN directories

It essentially depends on this: can trac handle different SVN repos or only
one?
RTFM of course, but here seem to be people with experience.
