[GRASS-dev] error while comipiling GRASS SOURCE CODE IN Msys

  I'm setting up an environment on Windows using MSYS, im following the
material BUILD FROM SOURCE from the website
http://www.webalice.it/marco.pasetti/qgis+grass/BuildFromSource.html

      1) while giving "make" to the grass-6.3.0 ,i have got errors like
  
  make[2]: *** No rule to make target
`/usr/local/src/grass-6.3.0/dist.i686-pc-mingw32/lib/libgrass_vect.dll',
needed by `
/usr/local/src/grass-6.3.0/dist.i686-pc-mingw32/bin/v.parallel.exe'. Stop.
    
      plz reply me , , if this is an error ,

the instructions here:

that link you mentioned leads to build and install of GRASS, but my ultimate
aim is to develop in QGIS can i link with that too , ,
