Hi,
I've upgraded today from ubuntu 10.04 to 12.04 and now I have problems
to start wxGUI. Launching grass is OK, the GUI appears but when I want
to open a new one with g.gui, it refuses to open because it is not
able to import wxversion and wx (in globalvar.py). When I launch
python in command line, I can import both wxversion and wx without
problems. Launching gui directly - python gui/wxpython/wxgui.py& -
works (using python 2.7). Is there something special about the g.gui
command? Any ideas where could be the problem?
Thanks,
Anna
Hi Anna,
Weird - I can launch parallel g.gui instances without any problem in
(X)Ubuntu 12.04.1, with grass70 compiled against the latest trunk.
Cheers,
Pierre
