[GRASS-dev] gdal version question

Can GRASS work with GDAL versions higher than 2.0, including version 3.x?

I’d like to import new Sentinel-SAFE files and it seems like I need a newer version of GDAL to do it.

I’ve compiled GRASS with both 2.3.x and 2.4.0 ( the current version)

I have not tried on the computer at I compiled it on yet. ( Linux)

GDAL 3.x does not exist. GRASS works with all released GDAL versions.
