[GRASS-dev] Grafana and Prometheus based monitoring of GRASS GIS web server enabled

Hi devs,

Thanks to Regina [1] we now have a new monitoring system running for
the new GRASS GIS web server (still https://staging.grass.osgeo.org/,
to be migrated soon):

https://monitor.osgeo.org/d/rYdddlPWk7/node-exporter-full-osgeo7?orgId=2&var-DS_PROMETHEUS=Prometheus%20OSGeo7&var-job=grass-os_exporter&var-name=grass&var-node=grass&var-port=9100

--> use your OSGeo login to see the monitoring.

This will help us to keep an eye on server performance, issues etc.
