is there any blocker to release RC6 (finally)?
Based on
http://trac.osgeo.org/grass/query?status=new&status=assigned&status=reopened&milestone=6.4.0
seems to me that RC6 can be published very soon.

I think we are very close with the g.mkfontcap and r.patch WinGrass bugs,
so we should wait for those to be confirmed fixed.
Probably not hold up rc6 for them, but it would be good to solve these
two:
#928: 6.4: wx addon scripts never return
#943: wxpython gui hangs after switching to cairo display driver
any ideas about:
#728 wxgui: georectify zooming and panning don't work
?
my general thought is that it is valid to consider releasing a new RC
whenever > ~2 weeks have past and the current state is less buggy than
the previous RC was; as waiting until everything is perfect/fixed can
be a long wait.
