Priority: 3
Submitted By: Carlos Grohmann (guano)

Summary: min:max options for r.recode
Issue status: None
GRASS component: raster
Operating system: Linux
Operating system version:
Initial Comment:
It would be really great if r.recode had a flag/option where the
min:max:0:255
operation would automatically performed. This is a very useful option.
Also, if the keywords "min" and "max" could be included as permitted in the rules, much time would be saved.

Alternatively, allow percentages as with colour rules (i.e. 0% = min,
100% = max).

This would be even better than min/max IMHO.
