header cannot be read

Ungültiger "yllcorner" Wert im Header

my header looks like

ncols 1001
nrows 1001
xllcorner 3468499.5000000000
yllcorner 5551999.5000000000
cellsize 1.000000
nodata_value -99999.00

..and works good with all other gis-software
