  * resolution: => fixed

Comment:

Fixed now. The URL is no longer going to be grass.ibiblio.org, it will be
http://mirrors.ibiblio.org/grass/ instead. For the first three months,
the old URL will redirect to the new one. The mirrors list has been
updated on our web site.
