In GRASS GIS Layer Manager's '''Command Console''', you can press the
keyboard's up arrow to recall prior comamnds.
If I had previously issued a command with quotes, such as '''v.in.ogr -o
dsn="...DSN goes here..." ...''', then later I press the up arrow to get
to this command, the quotes are stripped.
This is significant because the positioning of quotes makes a huge
difference in how commands are interpreted.
This is in version 6.4.1 (not available in the '''Version''' dropdown).
This may be related to #1435.
