I have 6.4.2 version of Grass software. It does not save the map display
output in png format. When I select the save option, only "image
processing, please wait" dialogue box appears and no output is generated
in the form of image file.

I am using this software on Windows 7 OS.

Yes. It is the same issue. Has this problem been fixed in the version
6.4.3 or in the same version. When 6.4.3 version will be released?
