The links at the bottom of the r.mapcalc manual
(http://grass.osgeo.org/grass70/manuals/r.mapcalc.html) do not work since
the GRASS website has been redone.

I am aware of that but believe that it is not even necessary for the
file position. It can be any subdir (since they are static files) and
then the CMS "documents" page points to them.
E.g. the grass64/manuals/ subdir is also not in the CMS space.
I am for easy to remember links which are not too long.

Me and other web manager could not add new files and every time you should
insert the new file

Sure, but we could just create subdirectories in the upload/ of the CMS
and then
links within the visible web space. No big deal...
