When loading a layer into `d.mon` via `d.mon wx0`, clicking the query
button states '"Querying is not implemented in standalone mode of map
display".

This feature is particularly useful, as I work exclusively within the
command line interface and the only 'GUI' feature I need is querying
rasters. Even an event log would be fine if communicating back to the
calling process is the issue.
