1. add a vector map *not by selecting*, but enter it's name *manualy*,
skipping the @mapset suffix

2. right-click it - "Start editing" is disabled

Comment:

Fixed in trunk and devbr6 -- r32307 and r32308.

Manually entered map name is now forced to be fully qualified.
