There are different groups, I don't know which one are you interested in:
For etc folder:
* All application packages: Allow Read & execute, Read
* Creator owner: Special permissions
* System: Allow Full control, Modify, Read & execute, List folder
contents, Read, Write
* Administrators: the same as System
* Users: the same as All application packages
For fontcap folder:
* All application packages: Allow Read & execute, List folder contents,
Read
* System: Allow Full control, Modify, Read & execute, List folder
contents, Read, Write
* Administrators: the same as System
* Users: the same as System, but the check marks of Full control, Modify
and Write are bold for some reason
