OSGEO4W_ROOT_MSYS="$OSGEO4W_ROOT"
at least it: Starting GRASS GIS...
it seems @OSGEO4W_ROOT_MSYS @ is not replaced during packaging.
$OSGEO4W_ROOT is already set in an OSGeo4W environment.

the ticket can be closed as msys is now droped AFAIK.
it never worked because of this variable mix; it's obsolete now.
