#304: quering disables vector transparency

1. set a transparency for a vector map conatining a polygon
2. query the polygon in edit mode, or within vdigit - the transparency is
gone due to highlight
This is a problem when there is a writing in the background raster map
which I want to enter into the table as an attribute - one has to remember
to memorize it before a query.
About querying - a polygon query in non-edit mode highlits only the
centroid. Could it highlight a whole polygon, like an edit-query?
