Currently the source projection cannot be selected, at least not in wx
2.8.12 (see screenshot). The code seems to be in
gui/wxpython/web_services/widgets.py

This makes the updated NASA WMTS server currently unusable (NASA !OnEarth
no longer exists, I replaced it with
http://gibs.earthdata.nasa.gov/wmts/epsg4326/best/wmts.cgi).
