Currently, if one tries to add text to a map either calling G7:d.text from
command line with `d.text --ui` or from the toolbar of the Map Display,
there's no option to disable the background as in G7:d.legend for example.
Meanwhile, d.text applied over a wx-monitor draws text without background
by default.
