In v.segment.html
All offsets are measured in map units (see "**g.proj** -p") <--could be
clickable link.
In fact on v.to.points.html maybe make these two clickable:

- **v.category** map=railroads_points option=report
- **v.info** map=railroads_points

Comment (by neteler):

So far we have the links at page bottom (sometimes also in the
explanations), to not clutter the examples with links.

If relevant commands are missing from the "SEE ALSO" section, then it is a
documentation bug: like probably in this case. The question is: where to
put the line to not overload the "SEE ALSO" section?

BTW: if you have a github account you can edit the manual page (and more)
right away at
https://github.com/OSGeo/grass/blob/master/vector/v.segment/v.segment.html
