The Attribute Table Manager has a little toggle button to show the
database connection info on the "Manage tables" page. This is enabled by
default. However, clicking it just folds away the info without claiming
the space for another widget, so not sure what it is good for. I suppose
if it is folded, then the list of table fields should expand up into it's
former widget space?
