#538: Expand i.pca's reported eigen vectors to 3 decimal digits

Currently the eigen vectors reported by i.pca present 2 decimal digits. In
order to have results compatible with the output of R functions that
perform PCA [ for example results provided by prcomp() and princomp() ],
the reported eigen vectors should present 3 decimal digits.
