With v.in.dxf, importing a dxf layer which contains 3d polylines (e.g.
contourlines) results in a "flat" vector map; lines are properly imported
but all line heights are set to 0.
Attached is a test.dxf file (contour lines are stored in layers named cl_m
and cl_s).
