#696: "g.region -dp" doesn't work

"g.region -dp" command causes the following error message:[[BR]]

ERROR: region for current mapset is invalid[[BR]]
<projection field missing>[[BR]]
run "g.region"[[BR]]
*************************************************[[BR]]

And the contents of WIND file has been truncated as follows:[[BR]]
********************[[BR]]
proj: 99[[BR]]
zone: 0[[BR]]
********************

This has already been fixed in the source code, it just awaits the next
binary build.

For the record: you may need to run 'g.region -d' to recover a working
WIND file after this crash and update of GRASS.
