When creating a new location from georeferenced file (SHAPE with .prj), in
the Location wizard the g.proj part does NOT ask as on Linux "Do you want
to set the default region extents and resolution now?" but returns a
region error message ("region for current mapset is not set", coming from
lib/gis/get_window.c).

Apparently the g.proj call on Windows fails when creating a location from
file.
