If I try to change the snapping threshold in the tab 'General' into the
'Digitization settings' i see this error:

Unable to get value vdigit:x:value.

where 'x' is the value that I'm trying to set.

Yes, it is bug which has been introduced during the last changes in
handling user preferences, now should be fixed in trunk, r30534. Martin
