support the development by actively contributing to the source code,
manuals or likewise. This code sprint is targeting members of OSGeo
software projects.
We will aim at getting close to the GRASS GIS 7.0.0 release,
especially discussing how to resolve the remaining blocking issues.

I think this should be the only priority at this stage.

What is the foreseen time schedule ? I imagine it will be way in the evening and night hours for those of us staying behind in Europe ?

agreed. The result of this sprint could be beta4 (beta3 is more than
one month old, so it's time for new beta).

It is fine to "sprint" in the hours around, we even do right now here
inofficially...
It is meanto to be a virtual date which motivates us to get stuff done.

So it is perfectly fine to start right away to fix listed issues
