Hi all,
it would be good to translate the help. A long standing issue is here:
https://trac.osgeo.org/grass/ticket/846
May I suggest to move translation files to Transifex, so it will be
easier to involve and motivate more users to contribute?
I can help if necessary.

yes, your help is really appreciate. Maybe could we work on this in
Genova during the community sprint?

As Glynn wrote in the ticket, the main problem is to understand how to
fix the building procedure

unclear to me; IMHO better to prepare all the po we intend to start
translation on, at every compile.
