./gui/wxpython/script/d.rast.3d.py is a dummy script that the layer manger uses to add a raster3d file to the layer list. It is present in the source code and just needs to be renamed d.rast.3d (without the “.py”) during compilation. Someone who knows the Makefile should be able to fix this in a few seconds.
But even when working, volumes don’t display in the current versions of GRASS. They crash the entire GUI, at least on the Mac.
