[GRASS-dev] GSOC Horizon Based Voxel Interpolation week 6 checkin

This week I took a slight detour from last weeks plan and worked on implementing strike and dip notation for vector points. Also I worked on the wiki, as well as the setting up the repository for my project. I will add materials to each of these as I edit them through the weekend. Several things are blocking me. I have successfully output r3 maps with appropriate attribute values, according to r3.info however I still have been unable to render them in the map display. Also I still do not have a functioning voronoi operator to manage zones of intermediate influence. Next week I will be back to working on this problem as well as integrating all of my work thus far. Also I have not figured out how to use a surface model as an upper boundary.
