[GRASS-dev] improvements manual page v.qcount

Hi devs,

I have made some improvements to the manual page of v.qcount by integrating some of the information from the original tutorial. The files are in a zip file attached (the html file + svg image files). Also included is original tutorial available in grass 5 repo as pdf.

which comes with a small (not really comprehensive) general
description of the module.

Would you mind to update your page with such a initial part
v.qcount ... does this and that...

?
