[GRASS-dev] New GDAL-OGR-GRASS plugin available

An updated plugin is available at:
http://download.osgeo.org/gdal/gdal-grass-1.4.1.tar.gz

It should solve compilation problems with recent
GRASS 6.3-CVS API changes.
