The updated GRASS Programmer's manuals are online available here:

GRASS 6: http://grass.osgeo.org/programming6/

GRASS 7: http://grass.osgeo.org/programming7/

These manuals are updated weekly (Saturday).

Note: these subdirectories are excluded for the mirror sites to
not overload them (rsync exclude rule).

I would be grateful to receive an Apache mod_rewrite rule to
redirect all requests from
http://download.osgeo.org/grass/grass6_progman/
to the new URL (same for 7 or course, too).
