One small problem with the recent off_t changes: r.support/modhead/ask_format.c and factors.h need to include either sys/types.h or unistd.h, like is done in row_addr.c.

I had figured that adding it to local_proto.h would suffice; except
that most of the files didn't include local_proto.h.
Fixed in CVS.
