it seems osgeo4w-wingrass 7 broken is broken:

grass70-dev-7.0.svn-r55463-527.tar.bz2 => ~18 MB

earlier versions

grass70-dev-7.0.svn-r55431-526.tar.bz2 => ~25 MB

right, something is broken in OSGeo4W framework. Will check it. Martin
