[GRASS-dev] ported to 6.x: r.hydro.CASC2D (in grass-addons)

Hi all,

ported in v6.x r.hydro.CASC2D some time back, and tested it this week-end,
it seems to work well for water depth calculations.

Anybody who is more able to test it is most welcome,
it is in Grass-addons under the gipe directory.

If you feel like bringing it back to main GRASS tree, I'll remove it
from the add-ons one.

Yann

Yann,

did you get a chance further test your update of r.hydro.CASC2D?
Markus, others - would this be a good time to bring it back to main GRASS tree?

thanks,

Helena

Hi Helena,

Yes, I am using it now, only one problem is that I cannot load initial
soil moisture file nor write soil moisture files, it segfaults on that
option.

I am running the second year (2007) of South East Asia daily water
depth maps at 1Km now (3.5 weeks for each year). takes long time, but
exactly what we need.

Having it in main would be a plus, since I have to make trainings
using it, it would be more than nice to have it in default WinGRASS...

Cheers,
Yann
