Hi everybody,

Full featured C version r.out.gdal is here!

Features added:

  1. File type support
  2. Creation options support
  3. Metadata support

Other improvements:
ALLOW_DYNAMIC_OPTIONS defination added (undefine this if you don’t want any extra funtion call before G_perser() )
some bug fixes
