hi,
recently the r.stream.*-modules were moved to addons.
a quick look at
http://wingrass.fsv.cvut.cz/grass71/addons/grass-7.1.svn/logs/ shows that
only r.stream.basins is built as g.extension-downloadable addon.
I've checked
C:\OSGeo4W\src\grassaddons\grass7\raster\Makefile
all modules seems to be activated:
[...]
r.soillossbare \
r.stream.basins \
r.stream.channel \
r.stream.distance \
r.stream.order \
r.stream.segment \
r.stream.slope \
r.stream.snap \
r.stream.stats \
r.sun.daily \
[...]
any idea?
thanks

best regards
Helmut

the same is valid for wingrass70-addons:
