[GRASS-dev] r.timestamp: missing support for ISO 8601 strings

Currently, `r.timestamp` does not understand combined date and time expressions, for example in UTC:

2017-06-28T15:10:33+00:00
2017-06-28T15:10:33Z
20170628T151033Z

Support for such would make it easier, for example, to use date and time
expressions from Landsat metadata files.

Is there interest to, at least, create a ticket?
